- Management of promotions and sales forecasts: Optimization of management processes for promotions and associated sales forecasts, for retail suppliers. A national promo plan is built graphically, by taking into account the different "prime time" commercials. This national promo plan and the sales forecasts are then stated by brand and by distribution company name.
- Management of medical representatives: Management and support functions for medical representatives from pharmaceutical laboratories, in addition to management of pharmaceutical delegate network. Coheris Trade V4 allows laboratories to manage their two sales networks and to demonstrate the synergies by geographical zone (relation between prescriptions and sales).
- Collaborative functions and photo library: Introduction of the capability to attribute a task to execute to a third person. Each user then has its "to-do-list”. All users communicate and share information through a forum that also helps publish photographs taken in points of sale. This is the effective means to pick up and distribute information from the field and on the competition.
- Analysis and reporting: A consistent effort in terms of analysis and operational reporting was carried out in this version. More than 70 predefined reports are delivered, operative in 12 multidimensional cubes, letting you work on 150 analysis axes and more than 1000 types of measurements.

A major effort was also approved with regard to opening and communication, to facilitate the integration of Coheris Trade with third party applications:
- Synchronization in 2 directions with Outlook and Lotus Notes
- Publication of Web Services for access to business objects
- CTI interface with telephone exchanges (for complaint centers)
- Management of events with possibility to call external functions
Major consolidation took place in the ergonomic plan, to make the use of the product more effective. In particular, all the functions meant for the business administrator have been streamlined, the list management functions have been enhanced and the navigation improved. With a more modern "look & feel", the product offers greater accessibility and comes close visually to the Coheris CRM suite.
Finally, Coheris Merch, the category management tool from Coheris is better integrated in Coheris Trade, to facilitate the comparison of a customer’s Merch plans (theoretical) with those from a store.
